What Laws Must Louisiana Follow When It Comes to Service Dogs?

All businesses in Louisiana are required to follow Federal Service Dog Law. Those laws can be found at The ADA Service Dog Laws. These laws have been in place since March 15, 2011. There is no excuse saying that "these are old laws" as laws do not expire unless they are replaced by new ones. An institution may not use their rules and regulations against service dog laws if they require documentation or proof since those things are not allowed by federal law.

Louisiana also has service dog laws in place. Louisiana service dog law matches federal service dog law and even has a few laws that are less restricting than federal service dog law.
